Thank you for shopping with Black Cat MFG. We take pride in producing and delivering high-quality products made with care. This Shipping Policy explains how we handle order processing, shipping, and delivery for purchases made through www.blackcatmfg.com (the “Site”).
1. Order Processing
- Processing Time: Most in-stock retail orders are processed within 3–4 business days (Monday through Friday, excluding holidays).
- Made-to-Order Products: Some items, such as limited runs or made-to-order blanks, may require additional production time. Estimated lead times will be listed in the product description.
- Order Confirmation: You’ll receive a confirmation email once your order is placed, followed by a shipping notification with tracking details once your order has shipped.
- Address Accuracy: Please ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout. We are not responsible for delays or losses due to incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer.
2. Shipping Rates & Methods
- Shipping Within the U.S. Only: We currently ship to all 50 U.S. states and U.S. territories.
- Carriers: Orders are shipped via USPS, UPS, or FedEx, depending on size, weight, and destination.
- Rates: Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on carrier rates, weight, and destination.
- Free Shipping: Certain products or promotions may include free shipping. Eligibility will be clearly marked on the product page or during checkout.
3. Delivery Times
- Standard shipping typically takes 3–7 business days once your order has been shipped.
- Delivery times may vary based on your location and carrier service delays.
- Tracking information will be provided via email once your order ships. Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking updates to appear.
4. Lost, Delayed, or Damaged Packages
- Once an order leaves our facility, carrier delivery times are outside of our control.
- If your package is delayed, please check the tracking information before contacting us.
- If your package is marked as delivered but you cannot locate it, please check with your neighbors or local post office. If still missing, reach out to us and we’ll help you file a claim with the carrier.
- If an item arrives damaged, contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos of the damage and packaging so we can review and assist with a replacement or refund if applicable.
5. Preorders & Limited Drops
For preorder or limited-edition items, estimated shipping dates will be listed on the product page. Orders that include preorder items will ship once all items are available unless otherwise stated.
6. Returns & Exchanges
If you need to return or exchange an item, please review our Return Policy (or link to your Shopify Return Policy page). Items must be unused, unwashed, and in original packaging.
