Black Cat MFG Return & Refund Policy

At Black Cat MFG, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. Each product we ship is inspected for quality before leaving our facility. This Return & Refund Policy explains how we handle returns, exchanges, and refunds for orders placed on www.blackcatmfg.com (the “Site”).


1. Eligibility for Returns

We accept returns or exchanges on most retail products within 14 days of delivery, provided that:

  • The item is unused, unwashed, and in its original packaging.
  • The item is not a final sale, custom, or made-to-order product.
  • A valid proof of purchase (order number or receipt) is provided.

2. Items Not Eligible for Return

We cannot accept returns or refunds for:

  • Custom, made-to-order, or limited-run items (including special colorways or preorders).
  • Sale items, gift cards, or clearance merchandise.
  • Items that have been worn, washed, or altered in any way.

If your product is defective or damaged upon arrival, see Section 4 below.


3. Return Process

To initiate a return or exchange:

  1. Contact us at sales@blackcatmfg.com with your order number and reason for return.
  2. Our team will review your request and, if approved, send you return instructions.
  3. Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund or exchange.

Return Shipping:

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to an error or defect on our part.
  • We recommend using a trackable shipping method. We are not responsible for items lost in return transit.

4. Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive a defective or incorrect item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with clear photos of:

  • The damaged or incorrect product, and
  • The packaging or shipping label.

Once verified, we’ll send a replacement or issue a refund at no additional cost to you.


5. Refunds

  • Refunds (if approved) will be processed back to your original payment method within 5–10 business days after we receive your return.
  • Shipping costs are non-refundable, except in cases where the item was defective or the wrong product was sent.
  • If you haven’t received your refund after 10 business days, please contact your bank or credit card provider before reaching out to us.

6. Exchanges

If you’d like to exchange an item for a different size or color, please follow the return process above. Once your original item is received, a replacement will be shipped if the desired item is in stock.
