I.R.S. Records is very much part of the 80's in Atlanta. From the Go-GO's

to The Cramps, I.R.S. gave the indie scene some of it's most valuable

players. Our own R.E.M. was on I.R.S. You couldn't go to Little Five without

seeing the I.R.S. sticker on someone's Dodge Dart or plastered on a

telephone pole. Although it was disbanded in the mid 90's, I.R.S. was

there for those who wanted something different and new.Ê
